Welcome to HeyDude. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our website and all transactions made through this platform within the United States. By accessing or placing orders with HeyDude, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Permitted Use of the Website

You agree to use HeyDude’s website lawfully and responsibly. Specifically, you are prohibited from:

Accessing restricted or secure system directories without authorization;
Disrupting, overloading, or undermining the security or performance of our site;
Uploading or distributing viruses, ransomware, or any malicious software;
Copying, reproducing, reselling, or otherwise exploiting HeyDude’s proprietary content without written permission;

Product Information and Availability

HeyDude strives to keep all product details accurate, including pricing, descriptions, availability, and images. However, occasional inaccuracies or stock changes may occur. All orders are subject to availability and price confirmation at the time of acceptance.

Placing and Processing Orders

Your order submission acts as an offer to purchase. HeyDude reserves the right to accept, refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Pricing errors;
Insufficient stock;
Payment verification failures;
Suspected fraudulent activity.

Typically, order processing takes between 1-3 business days. The estimated delivery period is between 7-12 business days. Shipping fees will be clearly shown during checkout before you confirm your order.

Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 14 calendar days following delivery. To qualify for a return, products must be:

Unused and unaltered;
Returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the items are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please email felixriqe@gmail.com to obtain authorization before returning any item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, you must notify HeyDude within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations requested after this timeframe may not be possible due to order processing activities.

Intellectual Property

All content on HeyDude’s website—including text, graphics, trademarks, source code, and layout—is the exclusive property of HeyDude or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
