Order Processing Time

HeyDude processes most orders within 1-3 business days after confirming payment. During peak periods such as major holidays or special promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Duration and Delivery

Once your package departs from our facility, the typical transit time is between 7 and 12 business days. Please keep in mind that estimated delivery times can vary based on your final destination, customs processing, and carrier operations.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees for your order are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout, so you’ll know the exact cost before completing your purchase.

Shipment Tracking

After your order is shipped, HeyDude will provide you with tracking details via email. Please allow a brief grace period for tracking information to update and become visible in the carrier’s system.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 12 hours of making your purchase. Contact us right away to request a cancellation.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the package delivery date.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item’s condition.
